Adult Jiu-Jitsu
The Adult Jiu-Jitsu program works with all belts and all levels. The Kioto system organizes Gracie Jiu Jitsu into a systematic and progressive format. From the beginner to the advanced each individual will learn their particular class and work in a group to train. The classes begin with a warm up, instruction, practice and then fighting. Our classes burn approximately 1000 calories. There is no better way to get into shape and learn at the same time.
